The practice of expanding perception
Once a day for one hour, don't think about relationships with people. In general, do not think about any relationship. Only thoughts come — cut off. Rebuild. Think about anything. Immerse yourself in your work. Practice. Persistently learn something. Hold out for an hour. Just one hour of your life... Then increase the game's perception to two to three hours a day. It is possible at different times of the day.

The practice of erasing duality
Go outside and look at people for 10-15-20 seconds and don't rate them. Look at yourself in the mirror and don't rate. Look at your loved ones — and do not rate. This is a really hard practice. If you can hold out for at least a couple of tens of seconds, you are a superhero. Without exaggeration.
Start with small portions. Do not try to speed up the process through volitional efforts. On the contrary, slow down. This practice has the effect of accumulation. Today is 10 seconds. Plus tomorrow 10 seconds. Plus... Plus... Plus... This realization of non-duality is always a plus.
We do not do anything: we observe people, watch TV/read the Internet, but we do not form any images, we give ratings. And for a few seconds (tens of seconds) we are not distracted. This is a real challenge for the practitioner of the state of silence of the mind. A simply a practitioner of happiness. Because the silence of the mind comes only after your mind has become your friend.

Practice a sobering experience
You may not be able to be happy and conscious right now, but you need to act in this direction every day.
Look at yourself in the mirror. State your age clearly. Several times. Count how many months or years you have been living in hell. And now it's very good, as in childhood, when you first realized that you are not eternal, imagine that you will die. Repeat it to yourself, if necessary, every morning, every day, every evening — I'm going to die. This is your most effective and sobering experience. For all time.
What part of your life (a third, half, most of it) Have you lived in misery? They counted it... Now decide how much more time you allow yourself to suffer. Mark this date in the calendar. And suffer, denying yourself nothing. And celebrate the right date in style, because you have started not to waste your life time, but to live ...

The practice of discovering hate
If the day was tough and you are very upset, outraged and full of anger, then do this practice, and then you can beat the dishes .
We stood in front of the mirror. A bright light was turned on. Look into your eyes and clearly convey the verdict: "I hate myself." And list on what occasions. Don't look away. Take action.
Do you want to tell yourself that you are not a necessary nobody? You have achieved nothing in your life... No one loves you... Speak up and make it worse. It is important to pay special attention to the external cause of suffering. Whoever or whatever caused it, tell the mirror about it. And — please — more expression and specifics. Your suffering should become visible and tangible to the brain, and theatrical to you!
It is very important that you speak all the words out loud. It is very important that on the day of pain you meet with hatred. An abyss should open up for you. And that's great! Finally, there is something to work with. With this practice, the brain will switch to solving specific issues, and the endocrine system will begin to rebuild naturally.
