Dynamic meditation: relief from suffering

With this method, you will help the body get rid of disturbing emotions, suffering and ailments using your primordial energy, intention and breathing. These three aspects of practice, combined together, give the order to the brain to reboot, awakening the internal forces of the body.
The internal forces of the body are not a figurative definition, but your personal strength: the energy that flows through the channels, the biological power that is contained in your blood, muscles, cells, genes.
You usually spend the most energy on desires, which then add up to suffering when desires are not fulfilled. Direct this energy to yourself. You are so often worried about illusory objects outside and do not pay attention to such ideal mechanisms of evolution as the body and the brain. Here are the perfect subjects for research and work.
Pain rises to the surface
In the body of a normal tired worker, for the benefit of something abstract, there are many places of energy obstruction. People are so used to them that they usually don't notice these "stagnations" physically. Well, something hurts, pulls, worries: in the morning they are broken, in the afternoon they are sleepy, in the evening they are overly excited by thoughts.
In the ordinary human understanding, it will resolve itself. And if it doesn't resolve? Then pills, sweets, alcohol.
But sometimes or every day you feel weak, apathetic, irritated, discouraged, etc. This is there are "blocks". And they are quite specifically inside you. When they stay in the body for a long time, they create diseases. The disease is when the body and the brain yell at their host: "Your thoughts, fears, torments have got me! Do something, otherwise I'll make it worse.

This practice works great when you are experiencing mental pain that the body feels like physical pain. By the way, in the first minutes/stages of training, you may even experience increased suffering. And that's fine. The pain rises to the surface. Let her leave the body and gradually your condition will return to normal. Even one session of dynamic meditation is enough to make you feel relieved. And if you practice systematically, then no "suffering"; They won't be able to stick to you.
You can turn on music during the practice. At your discretion. Someone will need a fast rhythm, someone will need a calmer one. But and silence is also very conducive to work.
Practice of spontaneous movements
Stand up straight. Feet are shoulder-width apart. Hands are down. Relax as much as possible and shake your body a little. I call this exercise "shaking". Relieve tension by making vibrating movements with your body, arms and legs, as if bouncing on the spot. Do it for a few minutes.
Stop. Breathe calmly, concentrating on your breathing and on the sensations in your body. Now wait... You can do an easy version of vipassana: inhale — short breath hold — exhale — short breath hold. Wait... Wait... You will feel that the body itself is going to come into motion. The internal energy is gradually revived. Now breathe normally, without holding your breath.
Soon you will experience an impulse and the body will start moving. And this is natural: your energy flows through channels and when it collides with areas in the body where there is an obstruction of energy, it pushes through these blockages and you move spontaneously.
Spontaneous body bursts will help you open locks in energy channels. You don't need to control this process and think about how you move. The energy flows by itself, and you follow it.
I attached a video of Zhong yuan qigong Master Xui Mingtang to this material. You can observe that he moves softly and plastically, but in no case should you repeat after him. This is just a sample for better assimilation of the material. Dynamic meditations exist in all schools of working with the brain and body to get rid of suffering and expand perception. Therefore, do the practice the way you feel.
You can move abruptly and strangely. You can be tilted forward or backward, bent to your knees and start shaking. You can lie down and roll on the floor, take unthinkable poses. Your breathing rhythm may change. You may want to cry or cough. Cry and exhale. Cough and pat the chest area with your palms. Exhale with a sound. Exhale with a groan. Move again... Move the way your body wants, but not the way it's beautiful. Let the body be unpredictable. Allow yourself to be sharp, wrong— "ugly from the side".
After performing such an active meditation, you will feel maximum relaxation. If you feel the need, you can repeat the exercise "shaking" again. Then lie down. Take a bath or use a hot shower.
Don't stop the body
I recommend doing this practice twice a day to relieve tension if you are currently feeling mentally or physically tired. The minimum for one visit is 15 minutes. Less and it won't work. The most important thing is if your body doesn't want to stop spontaneous impulses, go ahead. You will feel when the body has finished the practice. Of course, if you start moving too hard, you may feel dizzy. In this case, go straight to bed and rest.
You can do it once "in the evening of a difficult day". Don't go to bed when you're "sick inside".Act so that tomorrow you can live richly and effectively.
