The practice of working with the flow of water

People are usually afraid of the noise of a powerful waterfall and feel that everything inside them is shrinking. This is because ultrasound is present in the noise of the waterfall, which effectively cleanses the thin human body. And since there is too much ultrasound from the mighty stream of water for untrained users, this causes a well-justified fear of the elements and purification, which leads to an expansion of perception.
I suggest doing one of the most effective practices of working with the element of water.
To start, practice in the shower. In the future, you can use artificial waterfalls in spa centers. If possible, you can stand under a small waterfall in your country. But it's not necessary. The main thing is to be consistent and careful.
All externally simple practices work quickly and efficiently.
And if you stand under a powerful jet of water without proper and prolonged preparation, and it will hit your head with force, then in a few minutes you can feel I feel bad. Your head will feel dizzy and you may feel queasy.

Workout in the shower

You take a shower with a comfortable room temperature. At the beginning of training, do not make the water too hot or cold. In the future, the water should be cool, but pleasant.
You stand motionless for a couple of minutes and watch as thoughts become as fluid as water and flow out of the mind. The mind will let go of thoughts if you gently but firmly inform it of your intention.
When the mind has calmed down, you imagine or feel that your body is expanding and becoming huge and transparent.
You can mentally look inside the body and see different color spots. You can consider them, you can not attach importance. If you don't have such a good imagination or a third eye, and you can't imagine it, then I can assure youmdash; for practice it is not important. Just concentrate is enough.
So, you imagine that you are standing in the center of a huge waterfall, and the water passes through your large transparent body. In parallel, you can notice how the water removes the clamps in the body, the color spots and various darkenings seem to melt and dissolve. If they dissolve badly, then at this moment it is effective to recite the prayer "Our Father" for the Orthodox, pronounce mantras for Buddhists, etc., depending on which doctrine you are a follower ofyou are.But!
Attention!
For the element of water and any practice of concentration of intent, your faiths do not matter. The main thing is your concentration on the action and on the sensations of the flow. I recommend doing it simply — and it is suitable for people of all faiths: sing the sound of "Om" to yourself. And you will be very pleasant "moo" in the shower. Sing in different ways. Higher. Below. As you like. The body itself will tell you the correct vibration frequency and the desired timbre of the performance.
I also recommend mentally changing the colors of the water. But I strongly advise you at the beginning of the practice, singing the sound of "Om", to imagine a purple stream of water. Then — at will. Purple is the transformation of any situation. And this purple stream must necessarily pass through the body.
If you can't keep your mind clear of thoughts for now, then you can talk to the elements and ask for water to cleanse your body... And please stop the internal dialogue for at least 10 seconds. Don't struggle with thoughts. Not in any way. Just stop it. It is possible to inhale or exhale, if it is more convenient for you to concentrate.
Wait a bit. There will be an interesting feeling as if an organ is playing inside the body: the sound comes from both inside and outside. The more you relax, the more the hum of the water is heard inside. This is your water, which in the body ranges from 60% to 80%, adjusts to the power of the elements.
Then say (if possible aloud), directing the order to the heart area: "The power and Love of the water energy in all worlds and in all Universes enter into me and purify myMy mind, my body, my energy channels. This is a clearly expressed intention.
You can use this formulation, you can talk to the water in your own words.
I am not a supporter of various verbal formulas for any reason, but in the early stages of working with the body, mind and energy, they help.
Stop thinking — and listen to the sound of water. How much time will pass is not important. A minute or more — don't pay attention. When you need to finish your practice, you will be distracted by something external. Or an order will come from within. You don't have to doubt it.
When you start thinking again, thank the elements, your body and your mind, which listened to you for at least a couple of seconds. Consider this the beginning of a great friendship.
Practice can be done at different times of the day.
Advanced practice option
You can start and finish your practice with a contrast shower, starting with hot water and ending with cold. Five hot approaches and five cold ones.
I also recommend pouring a kilogram of coarse table salt on the bottom of the bath or shower. It doesn't make sense to take more expensive varieties. And do the practice while standing on salt. This will give an additional effect of foot massage.
During the chanting of the sound "Om" and the representation of the purple stream of water that goes through the body, you can close your eyes and lightly press your fingers on the eyeballs. A little bit at first, then harder. Then gently massage the eyeballs in a circle for a minute.
The eyes are connected to the nervous system. Eye massage relieves stress. But please don't overdo it at first, because there may be a pressure spike.
Therefore, at the first stage of training, you should perform eye massage in the shower while sitting, and not standing.
After finishing the practice and getting out of the shower, put your palms to your ears and rub them forcefully for a minute.

If it's hard for you to stand in the shower, you can sit down. If there is enough space in the shower stall, sit in the lotus position. Be sure to have an even back. If you have a rain shower at home, then it's also great. You "observe the drops" that touch your body. It's very nice.
Option in the immediate vicinity of a large waterfall
Look at the waterfall, stop your thoughts, say in your mind that the power of water enters into you and you stand, enjoy. Naturally, it is impossible to get up under a powerful waterfall, so you relax and let the noise of the water, like the elements with the presence of ultrasound, enter inside. Usually 10-15 minutes are enough to start. But this is a convention. You can enjoy more time.
