In the Chinese Qigong system, there is a system of dantian energy storage and conversion sites. The main energy reservoirs are considered to be three: the upper dantian area of the head, the middle area of the heart, and the lower part of the abdomen.

So, lie down on your back. Bend your legs and pull them up to the body. You can put a large pillow under your knees, because straightened legs pull the lower back. If you use a pillow under your knees, then the lower back relaxes.

Now you find the area that is located between the navel and the perineum on the median line of the body. You connect the closed fingers of both hands, without using your thumbs, and gently press on this area, effortlessly sinking deeper. Get into a rhythm and massage. Easy. Gently.
