For practice it is necessary:

  • 16 printed Antakaran characters.

  • 12 candles of any kind.

  • 7 thin wax candles.

  • Two glasses filled with defrosted water.

  • A sheet, a wide towel, gloves and clothes.

  • The sheets of paper on which people-simulators were prescribed and on which you wrote "I hate" —"thank you".

  • A thick sheet of paper.

  • Cast iron combustion tank.

  • Container with water.

The first two points are clear. You have already used symbols and candlesticks in practice Circle of Antakarana. There won't be any problems with seven wax candles either. But please buy thin ones. They are easier to fold into one large structure.

Clothes.T-shirt with long sleeves and long sweatpants. The clothes don't have to be new. But it must be clean. Keep in mind that after practice, your clothes will be splattered with candle wax.

Water. Before practice, take two glasses and fill them with water. The water must be made in advance. If it is winter and the temperature is low, then freeze an open plastic bottle on the balcony or terrace. During the rest of the year, freeze a closed plastic bottle in the freezer and then defrost at room temperature.

Preparation for practice

Contrast shower

Before practice, take a shower. If your body is used to it, then contrast shower. If not, then do a light version: wash your face with cold water and direct the water flow to your feet for a few minutes. Cheer up the body. Finish the procedure with either cold water or room temperature water. Vigorously rub the body.

Dynamic Meditation

Do the exercise "shaking": get up on your socks and, exhaling, beat your heels on the floor. At the same time, you actively shake your body with blows, and shake water off your fingers. After that, do dynamic meditation. You have already mastered this technique, so you will quickly get rid of the blocks in your body.

Water

Take a glass of water with both hands, bring it to the heart area and say "Loving" from three to seven times/Loving.

You drink water. Great. Let the second glass of water remain in the room where you will practice.

Antakarana Circle

Form the Circle of Antakarana. Put a clean sheet on the floor. Put four Antakaran symbols under the sheet. If you are going to lie down while doing practice, then one character is under your head. The second one is in the heart district. The third one is under the pelvic area. The fourth is in the legs. If you are sitting, then put four characters in a square in the place where you will be located.

You light candles.

Mirror

Go to the mirror. Completely undress and look at yourself in the mirror: full-length and without clothes. It must be so.

Look at yourself as if for the first time. Spin around. You examine the body neutrally from different sides. You try not to give ratings, although I understand that it can be difficult. You remember in detail how you look. Now look into your eyes for a long time. Remind yourself that this body is not with you forever. You begin to treat the body adequately, as if you were observing the body of a person unknown to you, and not the usual property. In the process of neutral observation, thoughts gradually fade away.

Technique of execution

Relaxation and concentration

You put on pre-prepared clothes. Gloves and a towel are not needed yet. Turn on your favorite measured music for practice. Sit down or lie down in the Antakarana circle. You're relaxing. Listening to music.

Let the brain think and remember what it wants. And concentrate on the sensations in your body. You are concentrating on the heart area. Saying...

Incineration

Take the incineration tank. I strongly recommend taking a cast-iron frying pan or a saucepan. Don't worry, the container can be used after practice for its intended purpose.

Take a list with the most painful people and look through it. Take the "hate letters" that you wrote in 40 days practice. Conduct a control practice, which is described in the material "Flights to despair: how to suffer properly?". Only this time you won't need a mirror. Just say what you have written with expression and joy! Yes, it was. But it's not me anymore. Then you light any candle from the circle and throw it into the container. Look how it burns. Everything is in order. The brain has remembered. Set aside the capacity beyond the limits of the circle.

Attention!

You may have a lot of written sheets of paper. And they burn — to put it bluntly — with smelly black smoke. Therefore, it is not necessary to smoke the room and make a bonfire. It is enough to burn only the most important list. You will burn the rest of the sheets in another place, without giving it much importance.

If you have a fireplace at home, then, of course, throw it into the fireplace. If you have a barbecue place in your yard, then you will burn it there. In general, anywhere. But the apartment is not designed for this. Also the balcony! You don't have to be "cunning" and try to burn out the rest on the balcony of a multi-storey building. Neighbors can be very excited by the smell and smoke. It does not follow from the practice of doing stupid things. I hope we have reached an understanding.

Purification of energy centers

Take seven thin wax candles. Twist them into a spiral into a tight tourniquet. You make a turban of towels on your head and put on gloves. Take a thick sheet of paper prepared in advance, make a hole in the middle of it and insert the twisted candles. Now, carefully, so as not to set fire to the paper, light the twisted candles from one of the burning candles and stand in the center of the circle. Feet are shoulder-width apart.

You are waving candles in front of you, starting from the first energy center. If the flame from the candles is low, then you can spread your legs wide and move the candles in circles between your legs. Caution! No nonsense. It is not necessary to bring it close. The funnels of energy centers extend far beyond the physical body.

Next, you raise the candles higher and higher. Move the candles in front of you, describing circles and spirals. Don't be in a hurry. Gradually. Bring it up to the head and make movements with your hand along the spiral above your head.

Wax drips from the candles. A lot of wax. But you are protected by gloves, a towel and long-sleeved clothing.

Spirals of fire

We bend down to the feet. And starting from the bottom, move the candles around you counterclockwise and spin with them. You finish the technique above your head. Repeat three times.

Candles are blown out or lowered into a container with pre-prepared water. Enough. The candles were postponed until the next time. We check again whether there is tension in the body. You can do a "shake" or dynamic meditation. At your discretion.

Purple flame

Sit down again or lie down in the Antakarana circle. You're relaxing. Take deep breaths. You remember your body in the mirror and make it transparent with a mental order. Are you examining whether there are dark spots inside. If you find them, then burn them with a mental order with a purple flame. They can inflate and burst like bubbles. If "suddenly " some unpleasant situations are sharply recalled at this moment, then take photos of situations and burn them in a purple flame. Purple is a transformation of the situation. If something doesn't want to burn, then burn it with a red flame. I remind you that a thorough visualization of colors is not important. Suffice it to say "red" or "purple". Your brain knows perfectly well which waves we are talking about.

Pronounce the names of the most painful people-exercise machines and see if there are dark spots inside your body. If there is, burn it in red or purple.

Say your name loudly and see what sensations or colors the body responds to. If something is "annoying", burn it.

The Dance of Light

With a mental order, you fill your body with multicolored spirals. Spirals are playing and dancing inside you. Then they grow and envelop the entire space around.

Fill your huge transparent body with golden light and watch as the body grows in size. It's time for gratitude.

Thank yourself for the transformation you've done so well. You thank all the people from the past they came to you and through themselves gave you the opportunity to learn.

You thank those who are with you in the present and those who will come to you in the future. And those Teachers that you don't remember or don't know yet... Those who are beyond the familiar three-dimensional world.

Now you are a sparkling golden ball floating in space. You have achieved. Stay in this state as long as you wish. This state of bliss is rightfully yours. Remember this state if something distracts you from goodness later in our world of adventures. Distractions are not important. Now you know exactly what to do.

This practice is extremely effective in filling the body with energy. Therefore, you can repeat it at will once a month, once a year. At your discretion. As I said, this knowledge is already yours.

After practice

You get up, extinguish the candles, cover the container with ashes with a towel or paper napkin so that while you are walking around the house, the ashes do not scatter. Fill a cast-iron container with water. And you flush it down the toilet.

Things are neatly folded and left until the next practice.

You drink the second glass of water that was waiting for you. Perhaps the taste of the water will surprise you. You have expanded your perception and, as a result, your feelings and sensations have become more vivid and saturated. And now...
