Many people perceive the ego as an abstraction, but these are concrete mental constructions through which the world is perceived.

The ego makes up desires. Wishes are not fulfilled. The ego is suffering. When the ego is dissatisfied for a long time, a natural consequence arises. The body begins to ache. The focus of the hidden depression switches to a specific solution to the issues.

All diseases and ailments are accumulated pain that has already been physically registered in the body. And you are really in a position to get rid of it. There is nothing difficult when there is a clear algorithm of actions and the intention to live free from the past. And the most beautiful result is free from interpretations of the future.

To engage in direct communication with the powerful neural network of your brain is a real challenge for a person. Victory in this non-struggle is freedom without ambition and love without limits.

Working with the past, not thinking about the future

You have to get rid of the pain of the past by rebuilding your mindset. And create a new mind that will become your friend.

Yes, at the beginning of the practice, the brain will resist, because impulses come from the brain that calm you down. It is the brain that creates a picture of your personality for you. And this picture has nothing to do with reality, because it is based on chatter: "I am like that or I am not like that.".. An eternal verbal flow about yourself "loved" or "unloved", which depends on whether you were praised or scolded, you received a candy from the world or he took something away from you.

For you and for you, your neurons have constructed an image that you have accepted and named yourself. And now you create images of people and circumstances that upset you according to the same scenario. And now your task is to make every effort for the brain to create you anew. Without suffering that has nothing to do with you.

The sequence of actions

Stage 1

When you started practicing for 40 days, you don't have to do Trataka every day. You can take three days in a row and then take a break. 7 consecutive days break. It also happens that the Trataka takes place so strongly and intensively that you feel physically tired and inner emptiness. This is excellent. We take a break for a few days. Each person's brain is different. There are no more people like you in the entire universe. Therefore, trust your condition and give yourself time to relax.

Stage 3

After you have finished practicing for "40 days" and "Trataka" to work with the "past", you take a break. During the break, you use Practices of increasing and redistributing energy any that you like. Study them. Subsequently, some of these practices will become your favorite and most effective.

Do nothing

There is another wonderful scenario. — you are not doing any practices. Just enjoying yourself: going on vacation or having a fun vacation on your own, regardless of whether you go to work or run a business. And it's not as easy as it seems.

Your energy is constantly directed forward to some achievements and goals. Therefore, you need to learn how to "do nothing". Although at least 15 minutes a day or half an hour, pay attention to this condition. You can sit or lie down and look at the wall or the ceiling, concentrating on the sensations in your body and directing your attention to the middle of your chest. And please don't tell yourself what you need to do today or tomorrow. Just be happy that you're not doing anything. Now you don't have to earn money. Don't strive. Don't decide. Eh, I wish you good luck in such a difficult task.

Look at what minute you want to check the Internet, get up and go somewhere urgently. You may even be overcome by the fear that something is happening in the world without you, and you are not in control. Or you will feel guilty that you are a universal lazy person. Or something else like that. And — the main thing — what visited you, you write down and then work out in Trataka, as restrictions imposed on you.

In parallel with brain training in calmness, you do something pleasant for yourself every day. Pools, spas, saunas, massages, walks, amusement parks, etc. Every day you should receive pleasant emotions through your body. Necessarily. This is also a necessary part of brain training.

I especially recommend paying attention to the gym, but without excessive overcoming. Power loads are welcome, but only as a pleasure. I repeat the maximum number of pleasures already known to you. And add new sensations through something that you haven't tried yet or have tried for a long time.

Once we played bowling, billiards, tennis. We liked it. We repeat. We jumped on trampolines. We rode go-karts. Introduce new circuits for the brain and body. Neurons should enjoy themselves, but not hang in the usual rhythm.

You do this step at your own discretion from 7 days to 21 days. A month at most. It is no longer recommended.

Stage 4

You've had a rest. We did the practice of the "Antakaran Circle" and started doing the practice Returning energy from the object. You can repeat the Trataka periodically for the best effect and see what new memories come up. These memories can in many ways look like fantasies, like pictures of some places and objects that you have never seen. There may be events in which you have not participated in this life. We are working through them the same way as if they had happened yesterday. We don't stop the brain, but give it complete freedom of action.

Stage 5

Now that you have regained personal strength from people and circumstances, you are working in the Antakarana Circle again and doing a beautiful practice Farewell to the past. It can be done several times if the body requires it.

Stage 6

Now you do energy recruitment practices and maximize pleasant sensations to the body. In this period, it's great to concentrate on the practice of everyday mindfulness: we thought about it and did it. Periodically repeat the Trataka or do the practice of working with the third eye, training the epiphysis and expanding perception. And again, you define a period in the 21st day when you give new sensations to the body and brain.

Stage 7

Do the "Antakarana Circle" and repeat the Trataka for 7 days. And again — "The Circle of Antakarana". Now you are doing your favorite practices at your discretion. You vary. But you definitely do one practice a day. For the greatest effect and to suit the mood, three.

In the period of getting rid of suffering, you will not feel good! You don't have to be good at practice, you will be peeled like an onion, layer by layer. The pain will come out of the depths. What you have long ago and tightly buried in your body, what you do not remember, what you do not even suspect will rise to the surface. There may be despair, and devastation, and the desire to give up everything and hide. Like: "Let everything go as it goes. I'm not deciding anything. It is your habit to suffer, to resist. But it's just a habit. And this is a temporary phenomenon. Therefore, when it's bad, it's great! The system is working.

You are, in fact, now and forever, either a happy person or a victim of circumstances.

You breathe out into the fire again and again. You are a Warrior of the Spirit. You are the Master of Bliss. Therefore, you do not start feeling sorry for yourself, but continue to act. No one in the universe will do this for you.
