Connection to the Center

You have mastered the technique of doing the exercise Ashwini Mudra and now we will move on to more powerful entertainment for your body and mind.

So, sat in the lotus position or lay on your back in the star position. And with a mental order from the lower energy center, they sent a straight transparent cord to the center of the Earth. You can do this slowly by watching your cord pass through the earth's crust, upper mantle, lower mantle, outer core and connect to the inner core of the planet.

The figure clearly shows what the inner core of the Earth and the shells around it look like.

Connection to the Center

The inner core of the Earth is an alloy of iron, nickel, silicon and carbon. These elements are also present in every person. Now imagine the core of the Earth as a bright elastic dense luminous ball. And a luminous stream of energy rises from the core of the planet to your body through a transparent cord. It enters the body, passes through it, exits through the top of the head and connects with the same elastic dense ball that we call the Sun.

Now you will breathe like this: at the same time as inhaling, you will compress the perineum and hold your breath. On exhaling, relax the pelvic muscles and hold your breath again. It will be slow and smooth movements, like warm waves inside you.

During breathing, you will pass energy up to the Sun and send it through yourself down to the Earth. During the time of holding your breath on the inhale and exhale, you will focus on yourself. And see yourself as such a dense glowing ball. Ideally, your breath goes between three golden balls connected by a thick gold cord.Close your eyes and look into the heart center, saying to yourself or out loud "Loving/Loving.

At the beginning of the practice, energy balls can be of different sizes, in the future they will be the same size. You will be equal to the core of the Earth, which gave you this physical body, and the Sun, which gives your body and awareness the opportunity to develop on this planet.

Do it and enjoy. The most interesting thing is my own experience of cognition.
