Take a deep, long breath. On the inhale, we raise our hands up. We reach up and make a sharp exhalation through our mouth with a "ha" sound, bending our head to our bent knees. We take our hands behind our backs, palms facing the ceiling, fingers spread out. We remain in this position for 5 seconds while holding our breath. Straightening up, we stretch our arms up again and inhale. We do this for at least five minutes. Then the duration of the practice can be increased.
