Exercise "Magnet is a key to health"
This exercise can be done if you feel dizzy during the exercise "rotation" in the method Five Tibetan pearls. Do this technique as if you are a spring: the body rises a little higher, then falls a little lower. Very simple and effective. The master recommends doing this exercise for 20 minutes.
